USING BYGONESMS
Terms of Service
Last updated: September 9, 2026
These terms describe use of BygoneSMS, including accounts, prepaid credit and temporary SMS verification orders. Read them together with the price, availability and usage conditions displayed for your chosen service and our Privacy Policy. Contact [email protected] or BygoneSMS support on Telegram if you need help before ordering.
1. Accounts and access
Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You must have the legal capacity and any authorization required to use the service. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Google sign-in is an optional authentication method, not a separate balance or order account. Connecting Google to an existing account requires signing in to that account first. Staff privileges are not granted through Google sign-in.
2. Temporary numbers and acceptable use
A purchase provides temporary access to the number and SMS service described for that order, for the displayed period and selected destination service. It does not transfer ownership of a telephone number, provide a permanent number or guarantee future reuse. Availability, supported services and delivery depend on the supplier and destination platform.
Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the destination platform's rules. Do not use it for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized access, spam, or to bypass another person's security controls. Do not use temporary numbers for emergency communications or as the sole recovery method for important long-term accounts.
3. Prices, credit and payments
Catalog prices and account credit are displayed in USD. The current order price is checked before purchase. Credit is added only after the server confirms the relevant cryptocurrency payment. Follow the checkout's exact currency, network, amount, address and payment deadline; an incorrect or late transfer may require investigation and may not be recoverable.
Account credit is used to pay for BygoneSMS orders. It is not a bank deposit or a general-purpose cryptocurrency wallet. Do not assume that unused credit can be transferred or withdrawn automatically. Contact support about any balance or payment dispute; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Orders and automatic purchase
Review the selected service, country, server, price and stock before buying. A listed price or stock estimate is not a guarantee that a supplier will issue a number. Your account shows the current order status, issued number, received messages and expiry when available.
If you start Auto-Buy, you authorize the retry behavior shown by the service for the selected server or available servers. It can place an order and debit account credit when a purchase succeeds. Review its settings and stop the run when you no longer want it to continue.
5. Cancellations, credit returns and refunds
Cancellation availability depends on the order state and supplier rules. Use the cancellation control when it is offered and check the resulting status. A cancellation request is not itself confirmation of cancellation or a refund.
For credit-funded orders, any confirmed credit return is recorded in the account ledger. A supplier refund, a return of BygoneSMS account credit and a cryptocurrency refund to an external wallet are different events. A failed order must not be treated as refunded until the corresponding credit or refund status confirms it.
For payment problems or refund requests, contact support with the order or invoice identifier. Eligibility, the return method and any applicable provider or network fee must be confirmed for the specific transaction. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or limit non-waivable rights under applicable law.
6. Service availability and third parties
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, supplier stock, delivery of every SMS, or acceptance of a temporary number by a destination service. Temporary numbers and payment checkout depend on third-party providers. Their own terms may apply when you use their services directly. We will show known failures or uncertainty rather than treat an unavailable provider response as proof that everything is sold out.
7. Restrictions and account closure
Access may be restricted where necessary to investigate suspected abuse, protect accounts or comply with law. Contact support to discuss a restriction or request account closure. Closing an account does not automatically cancel an open order, settle a payment dispute or erase records that must be retained.
8. Responsibilities, changes and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute should first be raised with support so that the relevant account and transaction records can be investigated. Mandatory protections and remedies available under applicable law continue to apply.
We may update these terms and will show the updated date on this page. Material changes affecting use of the service will be communicated where required. An update does not retroactively change a completed transaction's agreed price.
