The essentials before you order your first number.
How does an SMS order work?
Choose an available service and country, then pay for that order. A number is requested only after the credit charge is committed. Its SMS code and expiry appear in the order.
How do I pay?
Add credit through secure cryptocurrency checkout. Orders then use that balance without a separate checkout.
How are prices displayed?
Product prices and account credit are shown in US dollars. The exact cryptocurrency amount and network are shown when adding credit. Existing orders keep their original charged price.
Where do I make my payment?
Use Add credit to open the secure cryptocurrency payment page. Returning from that page does not itself confirm payment; we verify the top-up on our server before increasing your balance.
Why can’t I see availability?
If we cannot load current availability, please try refreshing later. A connection problem is different from a service being sold out. Only services with verified availability and prices can be ordered.
What if a code does not arrive?
Number time limits and refund eligibility will be shown in the order terms. A supplier cancellation and a refund to you are separate processes; a cancellation alone does not mean your credit has been returned.
What does a BygoneSMS order include?
An order reserves a temporary number for the selected service and country. Track the number and received SMS in your order history. Service acceptance and SMS delivery depend on the selected provider option; neither is guaranteed by a credit charge.
